i think this is a sort of new years resolution. to try to stop focusing on myself and consider how other people are feeling. it sounds vague, but i really want to practice empathy. so much to tell you posted a great article on empathy, and it just reminded me how important it is to place yourself in other people's shoes. whether its your mum or someone from work, or even your best friend. i just think when i actually consider how other people feel, my outlook changes, and thing become much clearer.
